By accessing or using aidetector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

aidetector is an AI-authorship risk detection tool that analyzes submitted text and provides probability scores, verdicts, and rewrite suggestions. Results are probabilistic estimates and should not be treated as definitive proof of AI or human authorship.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit text you do not have the right to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Automate access to the Service without prior written consent

5. Plans and Billing

Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. Paid plans provide higher limits and are billed monthly through our payment provider. Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment. You may cancel or downgrade at any time.

6. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment by contacting us at support@saasita.space. Refunds are issued at our discretion and apply only to the most recent billing period. No refunds are provided after the 7-day window or for partial months of usage.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any text you submit for analysis. We claim no rights over your content. The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of aidetector and may not be copied or redistributed.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI detection technology is inherently probabilistic and imperfect. No detection tool, including aidetector, can determine with certainty whether text was written by a human or generated by AI. False positives (human text flagged as AI) and false negatives (AI text not detected) will occur. You acknowledge that detection results are estimates and agree not to use them as the sole basis for consequential decisions such as academic penalties, employment actions, or legal proceedings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of detection results and are not liable for decisions made based on our output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aidetector and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on detection results.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
